The wear plate (eyeglass plate) is a critical wear-resistant component in the concrete pump truck's conveying system, named for its two circular through-holes resembling eyeglasses.

Installed at the outlet of the distribution valve (S-valve), it works with the cutting ring to control the alternating flow of concrete between the two delivery cylinders. Its key functions include enabling continuous concrete suction and discharge, forming a tight seal to prevent leakage, and withstanding severe abrasion from high-pressure concrete mixtures.

Typically made of high-chromium cast iron or alloy steel with surface hardening treatment (hardness up to HRC 58-65), it ensures long-term stable operation of the pumping system.
Features:
The cemented carbide is made of primary alloy, with a thickness of over 4.5 mm;
The welding wire uses the imported VAUTID brand, with a hardness of approximately HRC 58;
The cemented carbide surface is processed by mirror grinding, resulting in a flatter surface.
